Responsibilities:
1. Provide legal representation to clients in family law cases, including divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
2. Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, such as separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and child custody agreements.
3. Conduct legal research to stay updated on current family law precedents and regulations.
4. Advise clients on their legal rights and responsibilities, as well as any potential legal problems or risks.
5. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations, as necessary.


Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience in family law, with a focus on divorce, child custody, and spousal support.
4. Proven experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients in a clear and concise manner.
6. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and analyze complex legal issues.
7. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
