We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our established legal firm. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers an opportunity to work on a variety of family law cases and make a significant impact on the lives of our clients. As a Family Law Attorney, you will handle complex and challenging cases, navigate sensitive family dynamics, and provide expert legal advice to our clients. This position requires a deep understanding of family law, including estate planning, child custody, child support, spousal support, and divorce law.

- Provide legal counsel to clients on various family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, and estate planning.
- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings, presenting evidence and arguments efficiently and persuasively.
- Negotiate settlements in a manner that is in the best interest of the client while maintaining the highest standards of professional ethics and conduct.
- Conduct thorough and detailed investigations to gather all pertinent information and evidence for each case.
- Draft, review, and file all necessary legal documentation, including pleadings, motions, orders, etc.
- Mediate disputes, guiding parties toward amicable resolutions while safeguarding the rights and interests of the client.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in family law and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience practicing family law.
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar.
- Proven experience in negotiation and mediation.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience in family law, including estate planning, child custody, child support, spousal support, and divorce law.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and compassion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal judgments.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and maintaining client confidentiality.
