We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Family Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic medical team. The role requires a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support to our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and medical assessments to diagnose and treat patients
• Prescribe and administer medications and treatments as required
• Develop and implement care plans for chronic illnesses and acute injuries
• Provide health education and counseling to patients and their families
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
• Manage patient records and ensure accurate documentation of patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current state license as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Urgent Care, Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, or Primary Care
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
