ROLE::
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPEREINCE::

ROLE::
- Develop and maintain a working knowledge of instrumentation, products, and techniques.
- Coordinate pre-site inspections, delivery, and installation dates in conjunction with Sales Team and customers.
- Troubleshooting issues related to user's technical skills, biochemistry/assay design, experimental design, software, and instruments
- Assist customer with validation studies as needed including: defining protocol, sample acquisition, running samples, data evaluation and report preparation
- Supporting commercial team and customers in their technical applications and providing product training
- Be professional, and understanding by listening to customers and providing technical knowledge in all customer interactions
- Work independently on significant and unique issues requiring collaboration with key decision-makers and senior managers across the organization which may impact future products, concepts, and technologies
- Assisting sales and marketing on sales activities requiring both technical depth and market knowledge
- Collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and improve processes
- TRAVEL CAN RANGE FROM 25% - 75% OF WORK TIME
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES/EXPEREINCE::
- MS or Ph.D. – ideally 2+ years experience as a field service representative,
- Experience with instrument and sequencing run set up preferred
- Well-organized, able to function independently, with a minimum of supervision
- Comfortable in presenting training and information seminars to customers
- Customer-oriented and strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Highly collaborative; able to work well within multidisciplinary teams
- Familiar with sample and library prep workflows
- Strong relationship-building and Interpersonal skills
- Comfort navigating technical project discussions
- Comfortable working independently and within team environment
- Demonstrated account management skills
