Senior Field Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Engineer to join our construction team. As a Permanent Field Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction process and ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our construction management team to ensure that all projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction process from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and supervise construction crews, ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with construction management team to develop project plans and schedules.
• Conduct site inspections and surveys to identify potential issues and ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management team on a regular basis.
• Ensure that all equipment and materials are ordered and delivered on time and within budget.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.
• Ensure that all safety regulations are followed and that all workers are trained on proper safety procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in civil or heavy civil construction.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
