We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Field Sales Manager to join our team in the Engineering industry. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. You will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, managing and training sales staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets
• Manage and train a team of sales professionals
• Hire, develop, and retain top talent to achieve sales goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners
• Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the business
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in sales management in the Engineering industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Knowledge of corrugated or corrugate products is a plus
• Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and sales staff
