Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IAS Field Service Supervisor to join our team in the construction industry. This is a permanent position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of projects and clients. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in PLC programming, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and induction motors. They will also be adept at developing and installing control systems, and comfortable with customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

As an IAS Field Service Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Supervising and coordinating field service team activities to ensure efficient and quality service for our clients.
2. Developing and installing control systems as per project requirements.
3. Troubleshooting and resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Programming and maintaining PLCs, specifically AB PLCs.
5. Interacting with customers to understand their requirements, resolve their issues, and ensure their satisfaction.
6. Reading and interpreting electronic schematics and NEC.
7. Supervising projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
8. Providing technical guidance and training to field service team members.
9. Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to optimize service delivery and improve customer experience.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the IAS Field Service Supervisor position, you must have:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience with PLC programming, specifically AB PLCs.
3. Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues.
4. Solid understanding of induction motors.
5. Experience in developing and installing control systems.
6. Strong customer interaction skills.
7. Ability to read and interpret electronic schematics and NEC.
8. Excellent project supervision skills.
9. One to two years of college/trade school in a related field.
10. Exceptional communication, leadership, and team management skills.
11. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
12. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
