Field Service Tech - Manufacturing - Paid Benefits

We are seeking a Field Service Tech to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of capital equipment at various client locations
• Install new equipment and provide training to clients on proper usage and maintenance
• Respond to service calls in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, including parts used and time spent on each job
• Act as a road warrior, traveling to various client locations as needed
• Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar field service role
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays (90% travel)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred
