Field Service Technician

A global provider of downstream automated manufacturing solutions. We work with companies looking to capitalize on the financial and workflow advantages of mass producing right-sized corrugated packaging to order. We offer scalable solutions starting with standalone cutting machines, which may be augmented with modular automation components up to fully integrated custom manufacturing lines utilizing robotics.

As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites to work on various automation solutions including material handling systems, assembly lines, robotic welding cells & more. You primary responsibilities will be to repair, retrofit, install and troubleshoot automated equipment and solutions.

What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain robot controllers, electrical control devices, and mechanical units
Maintain a service tool kit and documentation to facilitate rapid customer response.
Install and repair industrial electronic equipment including I/O networks, data highways, variable speed drives, process control equipment, for a wide variety of automated control systems ranging from simple on-off control to robotics.

What You’ll Bring:

High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience with automated equipment build, troubleshooting & maintenance of automated equipment
Formal technical training in automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience installing and troubleshooting PLCs
