Job Details
As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites to work on various automation solutions including material handling systems, assembly lines, robotic welding cells & more. You primary responsibilities will be to repair, retrofit, install and troubleshoot automated equipment and solutions.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain robot controllers, electrical control devices, and mechanical units
Maintain a service tool kit and documentation to facilitate rapid customer response.
Install and repair industrial electronic equipment including I/O networks, data highways, variable speed drives, process control equipment, for a wide variety of automated control systems ranging from simple on-off control to robotics.
What You’ll Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience with automated equipment build, troubleshooting & maintenance of automated equipment
Formal technical training in automated equipment maintenance and troubleshooting
Experience installing and troubleshooting PLCs
