Job Details
Install, test, and maintain smart water meters and related equipment
Troubleshoot onsite issues with accuracy and confidence
Serve as the go-to expert for customers—providing clear answers and excellent support
Work closely with the engineering team to improve installations and share field feedback
Maintain a strong safety mindset and clean work environment
Submit timely reports detailing your service calls and observations
Stay current with training to keep up with new tools and technologies
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of hands-on field technician experience (water systems a plus, but not required)
Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting
Solid communication skills—you know how to keep customers informed and reassured
Self-starter who works well independently but thrives in a team
Valid FL driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly (company vehicle may be provided)
Physically able to lift, carry, and install equipment
