We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Application Engineer to join our dynamic Manufacturing team. As a Field Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our manufacturing processes in various sites throughout North America. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and enjoys solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
1. Provide Customer satisfaction by resolving customer-related issues, and providing technical consultations and support.
3. Provide Technical consultation for customers - Create Training material for on-site and off-site
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve existing systems and processes.
5. Ensure all control systems comply with industry and safety standards.
6. Stay updated with the latest technologies, techniques, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field desired.
2. Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving experience.
3. Proficient in Siemens PLC (S7, Tia, Simotion), Control Systems Design, and other relevant technologies.
4. Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and control theory.
5. Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and schematics.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
7. Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics
