Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations & Banking
Oversee and manage AP and AR functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing transactions.
Serve as the primary liaison with banks, handling transactions, reconciliations, and relationship management.
Assist with general ledger tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
Business Analysis & Reporting
Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and support decision-making.
Provide insights on cost efficiencies, revenue trends, and other business performance metrics.
Assist with financial reporting and support leadership with strategic planning.
People & Process Management
Supervise and support two employees, providing guidance, workload management, and professional development.
Ensure smooth coordination between finance and other departments to improve processes and efficiency.
Maintain compliance with company policies and financial best practices.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience in AP, AR, and banking relationship management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data.
Previous experience in managing a small team and improving processes.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Manufacturing industry experience is a plus.
