Our client is seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of experience in real estate and finance. The ideal candidate will have:

Commercial Real Estate: Experience in purchase and sale transactions, leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, title and survey review, permitting and entitlements, and zoning.
Transactional Finance: Experience advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance matters, including credit facilities and secured financing.
General Commercial Transactions: Familiarity with corporate entities, drafting corporate organizational documents and resolutions, and exposure to contractual and transactional matters.

Qualifications:
Excellent academic credentials, particularly in transactional law courses.
Strong drafting, research, and writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and as part of a team.
Admission to the Texas Bar or eligibility for admission.
