Job Details
Handle lender and borrower-side transactions across a range of industries
Draft, review, and negotiate credit agreements and loan documentation
Run deals in a first-chair capacity — not just paper-pushing
Guide clients through due diligence and complex structuring issues
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders across the table
Admission to the Michigan bar required
6–15 years of experience in finance transactions preferred
Portable business is a plus, but not required
