- Supervise all financial facets of the company, encompassing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Construct and maintain financial models that underpin strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
- Effectively manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and enhance financial performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory and legal mandates, including tax compliance and reporting.
- Foster collaboration with external partners, such as auditors and tax advisors, to facilitate financial operations.
- Orchestrating cash flow and forecasting, guaranteeing the company's financial obligations are met and appropriately funded.
- Formulate and implement financial policies and procedures to heighten financial controls and precision.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, cultivating strong financial acumen across the organization.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA/Master's degree is a plus.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role. Prior experience as a Financial Manager is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software and administration. Familiarity with tools such as Quickbooks, Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, etc.
- Self-motivated and deeply passionate about your work.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a strong business sense.
- Agility and adaptability in your role.
- Exceptional problem-solving, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to influence, collaborate, and present ideas convincingly.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and familiarity with financial software and systems.
