Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise all financial facets of the company, encompassing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Construct and maintain financial models that underpin strategic decisions and growth initiatives.
• Effectively manage day-to-day financial operations, including invoicing, accounts payable, and payroll.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and enhance financial performance, pinpointing areas for enhancement.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory and legal mandates, including tax compliance and reporting.
• Foster collaboration with external partners, such as auditors and tax advisors, to facilitate financial operations.
• Orchestrating cash flow and forecasting, guaranteeing the company's financial obligations are met and appropriately funded.
• Formulate and implement financial policies and procedures to heighten financial controls and precision.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, cultivating strong financial acumen across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA/Master's degree is a plus.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a similar role. Prior experience as a Financial Manager is advantageous.
• Proficiency in accounting software and administration. Familiarity with tools such as Quickbooks, Excel, Bill.com, Expensify, etc.
