Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join our clients A&F team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, month and end of year closing, and building and implementing accounting and financial system strategies. As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and implementing financial controls and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the month and year-end closing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements
• Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Manage the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting and forecasting
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to the executive team to support decision-making
• Develop and implement accounting and financial system strategies to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Manage the ERP accounting system and ensure data integrity
• Prepare and review journal entries and reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
• Manage and develop a team of finance professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• 6+ years of experience in a finance management role in the manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of FP&A, month and year-end closing, and building and implementing accounting and financial system strategies
• Experience with ERP accounting systems
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
