Key Responsibilities and Duties
Needed Qualifications
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations and fund accounting processes for a private debt fund
- Implement financial systems and processes to support growth and ensure transparency
- Manage fund accounting, NAV reporting, and capital management cycles
- Handle LLC structuring to optimize income positioning from real estate investments
- Support fund structuring strategies to maximize leverage and capital efficiency
- Prepare and analyze financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses for lending activities
- Ensure compliance with reporting requirements, fund documentation, and industry standards
- Oversee ERP platform integrations (including NetSuite)
- Partner with leadership to align financial operations with lending strategy and portfolio growth
Needed Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration required; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
- Minimum 7–10 years of financial management experience, ideally in commercial real estate lending or private credit
- Strong background in fund accounting, financial reporting, and NAV methodologies
- Proven success implementing financial systems and operational processes
- Experience in LLC structuring and fund structuring for tax optimization and capital efficiency
- Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, financial modeling, and scenario planning
- NetSuite experience strongly preferred
