TDC Investment Advisory is seeking a Family Wealth Adviser. This position reports to a Family
Wealth Strategist.

JOB SUMMARY: A Family Wealth Adviser enjoys working directly with experienced Wealth
Strategists and Relationship Managers to prepare meeting materials, formulate viable financial
strategies, and respond to a broad range of client requests with the sole purpose of helping High
Net Worth families become stronger, closer, and wiser about their financial future.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES + RESPONSIBILITIES
 Support Lead and Relationship Managers, as needed
 Understand client financial goals and objectives, independently
 Prepare materials for client meetings (including agendas, reports)
 Allocation Reviews
 Holdings Analysis
 Look for account consolidation, where applicable
 Ensure accounts are within parameters of desired allocation
 Review for Deposits & Withdrawals
 Determine potential income streams (for clients entering Retirement/ Withdrawal phase)
 Set Savings/ Contribution goals (for clients in Accumulation phase)
 Document client issues in CRM system
 Complete follow-up work from client meetings
 Communicate client needs to Client Service Team
 Participate in and contribute to advisory teams for large and complex clients
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
 Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field required
 Understands Investment Principles, TDC Investment Philosophy, as well as Financial
Planning Principles and Tools
 Series 65 or equivalent/IAR within one year of obtaining position
 Ability to determine a prospect’s current investment holdings and asset allocation
 Basic portfolio administration skills, including trading
 Strong communication and computer skills, work well with others, attention to detail
 Eager to seek continued industry education

 Possesses ability to maintain professional composure in a dynamic work environment
that often requires the management of multiple and competing priorities
 Demonstrates willingness to be a contributing and engaged member of team by sharing
knowledge, working towards common goals, and maintaining a positive attitude
