Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a growing Engineering firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights that will help shape our business strategy. You will be working closely with senior management and other key stakeholders, providing them with the data-driven insights they need to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and maintain financial models and reports to support decision-making processes.
2. Use SQL and ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
3. Create and maintain dashboards using Tableau Visualization and Power BI to present complex financial data in an easy-to-understand format.
4. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial data.
6. Present financial findings to senior management, providing recommendations based on data analysis.
7. Continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness of financial reporting and analysis processes.
8. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a financial analysis role, preferably in the Engineering industry.
3. Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL processes.
4. Strong experience in data visualization and dashboarding, with proficiency in Tableau Visualization and Power BI.
5. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights.
6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
7. Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
8. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. A strong understanding of financial concepts and principles, with experience in budgeting and forecasting.
