Are you someone who enjoys digging into data, building smart financial models, and helping teams make confident decisions? We’re looking for a Financial Analyst to support our Defense Business Line. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop pricing strategies, support proposals, and provide critical financial insights that help shape the future of aerospace programs.

What You’ll Do
Support the full proposal lifecycle—analyzing costs, developing pricing models, and preparing business cases.
Partner with operations, supply chain, and engineering to estimate costs for new and recurring parts and assemblies.
Leverage tools like Cincom ERP, OneStream, and TM1 to analyze financial data
Create forward-looking analytics and data visualizations to guide strategic decision-making.
Break down customer margins by contract, model, and part number; identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate with supply chain teams to collect and validate quotes for bid packages.
Develop and document Basis of Estimates (BOEs) for recurring and nonrecurring costs.
Continuously improve tools, templates, and processes to optimize reporting and analysis.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of FP&A experience.
5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle, Cincom,or Hyperion a plus
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
Ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Knowledge of costing standards, forward-pricing rates, and proposal documentation.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
