Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of monthly bank, payroll, sales tax, and utility bills statements.
Supervising and checking monthly payroll reports.
Examination and approval of monthly sales tax reports.
Audit and verification of monthly utility bills.
Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Education & Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is mandatory, with a Master’s degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in the accounting or finance field, with at least one year of experience using QuickBooks.
Comprehensive understanding of general ledger functions, general accounting functions (including accounts payable & receivable), payroll processing, sales tax processing.
Knowledge of utility billing is beneficial.
Proficiency in Excel and general ledger functions is a must.
