Financial Reporting Manager

The Financial reporting manager will oversee the accounting and reporting of all internal and external financial statements. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for the establishment and maintenance of the internal control environment. This role will also be responsible for the timely issuance of financial statement audits.

Essential Functions:

• Monthly general ledger close
• Monthly financial statement preparation
• Monthly consolidation preparation
• Monthly internal operations reporting
• Treasury procedures
• Management and implementation of internal control procedures
• Ad hoc requests

Education:

• Accounting degree required
• CPA license required
• Public accounting experience highly preferred

Experience:

• 7+ years of progressive accounting related experience
• Oil and gas accounting experience a plus
