Low Voltage Technician

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of professional experience working on Fire/Security/Low Voltage Systems
• Good driving record and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid Drivers License and your own vehicle to be able to get to work/office (we supply a service vehicle with gas card)
• Solid customer service and overall communication skills
• NICET Certification is a Plus

Responsibilities:

• Providing service, testing, programming & installation of Commercial Fire Alarm and/or Security Systems and devices
• Complete documentation associated with Low Voltage work services provided
• Customer service, coordination & communication
• Must pay attention to details and be able to work with a team or individually
• Strong communication skills in all aspects of the job with office staff, clients and other technicians
• Must have a willingness to share and absorb knowledge to/from coworkers
• Have a keen ability to figure out problems (troubleshooting) and come up with a detailed solution that you are able to present clearly to service department and clients
