We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a permanent first shift - Monday to Friday - nursing opportunity in the medical industry. Responsibilities:

• Conduct non-clinical assessments of patients in their homes to evaluate their health status and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitor patients' vital signs and symptoms and report any changes to the physician
• Educate patients and their families on proper care techniques and disease management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• At least 3 years of experience in home health nursing
• Strong assessment skills and ability to develop individualized care plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology, medications, and treatments
• Ability to use electronic health record systems
