Job Details

Ensure the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably while maintaining reputation and great customer service. Must coordinate a variety of activities for other related outlets, such as Room Service and Bar. Responsible for the business performance of the restaurant, as well as maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety standards. Restaurant management combines strategic planning, shift organization, and some HR components of leading a team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 4 years experience in the food and beverage industry.
  • Six months to one year in a management position.
  • Must be able to schedule, forecast, and budget department.
  • Some wine and fine food knowledge helpful.
  • Read, write and speak English fluently.
  • Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
