Framing Superintendent

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements;

• Proven experience as Framing Carpenter Construction Foreman
• Considerable knowledge of: rough and finish carpentry; tools, equipment, materials and safety practices of carpentry work; building techniques of new and remodel construction; masonry, concrete, and wood construction.
• Using and maintaining tools and equipment associated with carpentry; estimating time and materials needed for carpentry jobs; visualizing, sketching, and designing carpentry projects; reading and interpreting blueprints
• Current OSHA 30 Safety Trained Certification, or achievement of within six months of hire, maintenance of active certification status
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Knowledge of job scheduling, planning, expediting and cost control
• Ability in problem-solving
• Strong sense of urgency
• Good physical condition and stamina
• High school diploma or diploma in a skilled trade (, carpenter etc.)
• Ability to communicate at basic level to other language labor (verbal bi-lingual preferred)
