We are seeking a Permanent FSE Compliance Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is critical to ensuring the safety and quality of our operations. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sanitation, standards, policies, safety regulations, and inventory management. They will have a proven track record in implementing and monitoring compliance measures in the food service industry. This position will play a key role in ensuring that our company continues to meet the highest standards of safety and quality in all our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of FSE compliance, including food safety, sanitation, and quality control.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to compliance programs.
  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that all products meet safety and quality standards.
  • Train staff on compliance standards and procedures, and ensure that these standards are consistently adhered to.
  • Respond to any compliance issues promptly and effectively, implementing corrective action plans as necessary.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in relevant regulations and standards, and ensure that the company's compliance programs are updated accordingly.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that compliance standards are integrated into all areas of the business.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in FSE compliance, including experience with sanitation, standards, policies, safety regulations, and inventory management.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement compliance programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and motivate staff.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to compliance issues.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
