Job Details

Job Responsibilities
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Create and manage construction project budgets and schedules
  • Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subcontractors
  • Oversee performance of construction teams, including general contractors and site managers
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and quality control measures
  • Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction projects
  • Manage resource allocation and logistics for materials, workers, and equipment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office suite
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
