Must Have - Heavy Equipment Dealership Sales and Lealership experience


Qualifications – Needed

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in selling capital goods and equipment rentals
  • Minimum 7 years of management experience including budgeting and cost control
  • Proven success in heavy equipment sales and dealership operations
  • Strong leadership and team development background
  • Excellent business planning, forecasting, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Lead and oversee all sales operations across multiple dealership locations
  • Manage and develop sales team to meet and exceed market share goals
  • Coordinate across service, rentals, inventory, and forecasting functions
  • Build strong client relationships and drive strategic account development
  • Ensure best-in-class customer service across all business segments
  • Develop and implement business plans, forecasts, and budgets
