Qualifications – Needed
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in selling capital goods and equipment rentals
- Minimum 7 years of management experience including budgeting and cost control
- Proven success in heavy equipment sales and dealership operations
- Strong leadership and team development background
- Excellent business planning, forecasting, and relationship-building skills
- Valid Driver’s License required
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead and oversee all sales operations across multiple dealership locations
- Manage and develop sales team to meet and exceed market share goals
- Coordinate across service, rentals, inventory, and forecasting functions
- Build strong client relationships and drive strategic account development
- Ensure best-in-class customer service across all business segments
- Develop and implement business plans, forecasts, and budgets
