Job Details
+ 4 years degree in construction management
+ 7 or more years of construction supervision expereince
+ Post tension structures and concrete expereince is a must
+ Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA regulations
+ Manages total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule
+ Ensures projects comply with all contractual requirements by overseeing employees, laborers, temporary staff, subcontractors, and other necessary personnel. Manages project teams, providing coaching, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions, with substantial input in hiring and termination decisions
