Our company is seeking a passionate and experienced Permanent Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our brand through innovative and effective marketing strategies. With a strong focus on digital marketing, the Growth Marketing Manager will be instrumental in enhancing our digital presence and ensuring our brand message is effectively communicated across all platforms. Experience in the financial or investment banking industry is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive business growth.
2. Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM to streamline, automate, and measure marketing tasks and workflows.
3. Manage our company's digital presence across all online platforms, including our website and social media channels.
4. Oversee the creation, distribution, and measurement of engaging content that attracts and retains customers.
5. Leverage SEO/SEM strategies to increase website traffic and improve search engine rankings.
6. Use data analytics and digital analytics to monitor and analyze marketing performance, making necessary adjustments to optimize results.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and improve customer experience.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the marketing industry.
3. Proven experience with marketing automation, CRM, social media management, content distribution, and website management.
4. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM and data analytics.
5. Experience in the financial or investment banking industry is a plus.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.
8. Excellent leadership and project management skills.
9. Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on ROI.
10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement.
