Our full-time Business Development Manager will spearhead our go-to-market, develop novel strategies, and build partnerships with major organizations.
Qualifications
- Track record of successfully building a BD ecosystem from scratch (Zero to 1) at Crypto Native startup
- Experience as Head of BD at a crypto native early stage startup, Seed or Pre-Seed stage
- Experience creating an ecosystem for Crypto Infrastructure is a huge plus - Moonbeam and Polygon are a bonus
- Leadership experience building and scaling BD Teams as a player-coach
- Experience with Strategic Partnerships or Strategic Business Development at a Pre-Seed or Seed Stage startup
- Experience securing and building strong relationships with web2 and web3 organizations and able to provide examples of partnerships built. Web3 partnerships could include connections to ecosystem funds, core development teams at Layer 1 protocols which we can use for data availability, or other.
- Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years experience as a Business Development Rep in SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, Fintech, or related
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Willingness to understand ideal use cases for us - we will provide materials
- Experience managing an ecosystem team
- Experience building and running a structured sales process at a rapidly growing company
- Strong written and verbal communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a wide variety of audiences
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
