This agency provides marketing and web services to law firms across the country. From Broadcast TV and Paid Search to Streaming, Website Management and everything in between, we have the tools to help law firms reach their clients. Our mission is to help law firms grow.

The successful candidate will define sales strategies, identify new client prospects, bring in new clients, and build the foundation for a long-term and successful sales function. The ideal candidate knows lawyers and understands law firm operations. PMP is a growing company looking to aggressively invest in its future and needs the right leader to help.

This role offers an opportunity for a hungry, entrepreneurial executive to build a new department. The position reports directly to the CEO and will be responsible for defining and executing the sales function. This a solution-based sales strategy, requiring an understanding of our clients and their needs. It is a challenging but rewarding opportunity to make a big impact within the organization and for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • You will analyze market and territory potential, track sales, and shape organizational sales strategy – including delivering on client needs, evaluating competitive activities, and identifying potential for cross-functional sales and services.
  • Cultivate relationships with key clients and potential clients that result in multi-year revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members to define and represent PMP’s brand identity and reputation within the market of potential clients.
  • Prioritize prospect list building and design lead generation campaigns.
  • Identify industry conferences, trade shows, and other relevant events for in-person sales opportunities.
  • Integrate with department heads to ensure seamless handoff for pitching, onboarding, and ongoing account management.
  • At the end of your first year, success would mean increasing revenue through onboarding at least five new clients, establishing an annual sales plan, and creating a system for managing client prospects.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of management experience
  • Proven track record of boosting revenue and managing clients
  • Proven problem-solving abilities
  • Superior communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Subject matter expert in the business and practice of law, legal marketing, legal technology, competitive landscape, and market trends
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly shifting business landscape
  • Demonstrated interpersonal communication, organization, and are self-motivated
Education
  • BA or BS required; JD or MBA a plus, but not required
Location and travel
  • PMP is located in West Palm Beach, FL; we are willing to relocate or structure remote work, depending on the candidate
  • Travel as required to clients as well as industry events and conferences
