Hospitalist Locums Position Opening

Jobot Health Medical Staffing is building our group of physicians (MD or DO) available for locum tenens coverage. We also offer permanent placement options in cities and locations around the country.

Some providers make a full-time career out of working locum tenens. Others moonlight to supplement their regular income. Whatever your situation, Jobot Health has short and long-term locum jobs available in a variety of settings throughout the United States.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Jobot Health covers malpractice insurance, offers flexible scheduling, and provides travel assistance for locum assignments.
Jobot Health’s credentialing team will assist with all paperwork. Credentialing times vary by site and can be as little as 30 days or as much as 90 days, depending on the facility.
Shifts vary by site; there are options to pick up an occasional shift or work longer blocks as well.
Volumes vary by site but we offer both low volume options and high volume/faster pace sites.

PHYSICIAN REQUIREMENTS
If confirmed, we will help get the state license and DEA
For most positions must be board certified or eligible
Residents may be considered if you have written permission from Medical Director
Required life support certifications may include ATLS, BLS, ACLS, PALS. At many locations, ATLS may be waived if the provider is ABEM certified
Covid and flu vaccinations are generally required, but exemptions may be granted. This, again, varies by facility.
Proof of certain immunizations is generally required
