A bit about us:

We are a fast-growing Infusion Suites company providing therapeutic, intravenous infusions to outpatients. Infusions include biological medications, intravenous immunoglobulin, blood products, and antibiotic therapy. We’ve grown from 4 infusion suites to 9 in the past year and anticipate growing at a similar pace in 2025. Our 9 locations are in located throughout LA, OC, Riverside, and San Diego. We just opened our first Infusion Suite in Arizona and are continuing to expand throughout the Southwest area of the United States!

**This is a 6 month contract position with potential for direct hire after 6 months.

Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm

Position Summary:

The Human Resources Generalist supports the HR function under the supervision of the Human Resources Manager. The HR Generalist is responsible for a variety of human resources duties with a focus on candidate screening/engagement, onboarding/offboarding, leave administration, benefits and enforcing company policies and practices.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensures compliance with training, policies, and employment laws.
  • Manages recruitment, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
  • Administers HR programs, including benefits, leave, and performance evaluations.
  • Handles employee inquiries, disciplinary matters, and investigations.
  • Oversees workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work processes.
  • Maintains HRIS database, reports, and employment status changes.
  • Supports employee engagement, company events, and policy communication.
  • Advises managers on personnel matters and organizational needs.
