We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in the services industry. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our organization's mission by supporting our most valuable resource - our people. The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.

Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, your key day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Managing the recruitment and selection process.
3. Supporting current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
5. Overseeing and managing a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
6. Assessing training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
7. Reporting to management and providing decision support through HR metrics.
8. Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
9. Administering benefits programs such as life, health, and dental insurance, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles.
3. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development, etc.).
4. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
5. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
6. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
9. Strong ethics and reliability.

In addition to these general skills and personality traits, we are looking for an HR Generalist with proven experience in benefits administration. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
