We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join our team and help us shape the future of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of HR operations, including compliance, benefits administration, HRIS systems, payroll, and employee relations. This is a permanent position with excellent growth opportunities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of benefits administration, including enrollment, communication, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems, including KRONOS and PrismHR.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, including FMLA, and workers' compensation.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of all employees.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Develop and implement training programs to support employee development and growth.
  • Manage HR operations for multiple entities and locations, ensuring consistency and compliance across all locations.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations for improvements to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including experience managing HR operations for a company with 500+ employees.
  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HR law, compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
  • Experience with KRONOS and PrismHR preferred.
  • Knowledge of FMLA, and workers' compensation.
  • Experience managing payroll processing.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage HR operations for multiple entities and locations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare benefits administration a plus.
