Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for the recruiting and selection process, in coordination with, and assistance from, HR Shared Services. Assist management in

evaluating open positions, defining requirements for current and future needs. Carry out selection interviews in coordination with local management
for staff positions.

• Conduct employee onboarding and assist in training and development efforts
• Provide support to employees as it relates to leave of absence, compensation analysis, employee conflict, etc.
• Promote various HR programs as necessary to create an efficient and effective work environment
• Maintain the integrity of the site HRIS system by entering all new hire information and updating employee information as necessary
• Prepare or update employment records as they relate to transfer, promotion, and termination
• Implement and maintain site policies and procedures
• Explain and interpret policies, procedures, laws and standards to new and existing employees
• Assist in administering employee performance review process annually

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably within a manufacturing environment
• Strong communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office tools
