Job Details

  • Acting Human Resources point-of-contact
  • Responsible for leading and developing HR team professionals
  • Gain understanding of business entity and propose new approaches, policies, and procedures to affect continual improvements
  • Provide comprehensive HR support services including employee relations, complaint investigation & resolution, recruitment, compensation & benefits
  • Develop strong partnerships with employees at all levels
  • Act as a strategic business partner, to include counseling senior management regarding HR policies and procedures and related administrative process improvements
  • Full cycle recruiting to include partnering with hiring managers to communicate hiring policies and assess recruitment needs, post advertisements through job boards, review qualified resumes, conduct pre-screening interviews, draft offer terms and be the liaison between candidates and hiring managers
  • Manage electronic onboarding process for new-hires to ensure they have completed necessary paperwork, and compliance requirements
  • Manage annual performance management process
  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance issues affecting HR functions within company and elevate concerns to HR leadership
  • Review a variety of payroll related information to ensure accurate disbursement of funds and payroll
  • Administer FMLA, state leaves and ADA compliance to ensure accurate record keeping and administration of programs

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8 years of Human Resources experience
  • 3 years of professional level Manager experience in Human Resources
  • 3 or more years of experience in UKG Pro or Ceridian HCM
  • Knowledge of principles and practices of personnel administration, effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in all areas of HR
  • PHR or SHRM - CP preferred
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management
  • Must have the ability to make recommendations to effectively resolve problems or issues by using judgment that is in consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulation, or government law
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
  • Effective conflict management skills
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work
