Job Details
*** This position is onsite in SF City

- Onboarding and offboarding employees - paperwork, IT set up, program & project overview, Initial phone screening
- Recruitment for field and office employees; some potential for outsourcing when needed
- Team building and events
- Review implementation
- -Open/sort mail and direct to appropriate staff
- -Monitor/maintain email and direct to appropriate staff
- -Gather paperwork including but not limited to human resource documents and credit card receipts and scan/file/direct to appropriate staff
- -Maintain digital files
- -Administrative support to all departments including but not limited to filing paperwork, calling vendors, placing employment ads, mailing payments to vendors
- monitoring the AP email, putting received date, and putting in project manager folder to be approved/coded. We have taken that over but the office manager should be able to handle that.
- Coordinating employee documents and helping them gain access to what they need to get started (such as remote logins, email access, company codes)
- Purchasing office supplies and uniforms and any other items PM’s or APM’s might need
- Managing employee credit cards (who has them, what are they authorized to purchase)
- Reimbursement policy/expenses
- Time off tracking
- Human Resource support, benefits, workers comp claims, etc
- Sorting/scanning mail
- Vendor account set-up
- Communicates with team, partners and clients as required in rolling out each new project
- Establish manuals for project teams
- OSHA/HR compliant: Oversight of safe office work standards
- Safety
- Schedule any outside educational presentations - ProCore, Plan Grid, OSHA, etc.
- Coordinate IT and systems maintenance
