Are you passionate about talent acquisition and human resources? Do you have a knack for finding the best and brightest in the Accounting and Finance industry? If so, we are seeking a HR Recruiting Admin to join our dynamic team. This position calls for a seasoned professional with a background in HR and recruiting, particularly within the Accounting and Finance industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent, ensuring the continued growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
As our HR Recruiting Admin, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Developing and implementing strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization.
2. Partnering with corporate and site managers to obtain and confirm search requests that clearly indicate key responsibilities, requirements, environmental conditions, compensation, target audience (internal and/or external), timeframes, etc.
3. Administering job postings, tracking progress, and maintaining candidate files.
4. Conducting interviews, recommending candidates and advising decision makers to hire the best talent.
5. Utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
6. Ensuring compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate placement.
7. Conducting regular follow-ups with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation.
8. Managing offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations, offer letter generation and offer acceptance/declines.
9. Negotiating and/or supporting hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
10. Maintaining accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the HR Recruiting Admin position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruiting, preferably within the Accounting and Finance industry.
2. Proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
3. Strong knowledge of HR practices, compensation, and other related legislation.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Proficiency in using HR software and candidate databases.
6. Strong decision-making skills.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
8. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
