We are on the hunt for a dynamic and experienced HRIS Systems Manager to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to showcase your expertise in HRIS system analysis, data processing, and execution of system test scripts. As a HRIS Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day functions of payroll systems, designing and implementing process improvements, and managing UKG Pro Workforce Management issues. You will also be expected to develop ad-hoc analysis and custom reports as needed.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and oversee the day-to-day functions of payroll systems, ensuring smooth operations and accuracy.
2. Design and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of HRIS systems.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve UKG Pro Workforce Management issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
4. Lead HRIS upgrades, ensuring successful implementation and minimal disruption to business operations.
5. Develop, document, and configure business processes to support the organization's HRIS needs.
6. Create ad-hoc analysis and custom report development as needed to support HR and business objectives.
7. Work closely with HR and IT teams to ensure HRIS systems are aligned with business needs and objectives.
8. Stay updated with latest HRIS trends and technologies, recommending upgrades or changes as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in data processing, HRIS system analysis, and execution of system test scripts.
2. At least 2 years of experience using Workday, Kronos Timekeeping, Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and/or UKG Pro Workforce Management.
3. Experience participating in at least one HRIS upgrade.
4. Strong knowledge of Workday Payroll and payroll configuration in conjunction with HCM.
5. Proven experience in developing, documenting, and configuring business processes.
6. Demonstrated ability to design and implement process improvements.
7. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve UKG Pro Workforce Management issues.
8. Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop ad-hoc analysis and custom reports.
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
