A bit about us:

We are seeking a Human Resource Admin to join our dynamic team as a consultant for a long term opportunity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting all HR-related tasks, from recruitment to employee relations, and ensuring seamless integration of AI in HR processes.

This is a 4–6 month temporary opportunity to start, as one of the HR team members will be going on maternity leave. However, the company is actively growing, and there is potential for this to evolve into a long-term opportunity.

The role is on-site in San Clemente and ideal for someone who is passionate, flexible, and agile in a dynamic environment. It includes full benefits, even during the consulting period—this covers 75% of dependent coverage, sick time, and 401K participation.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Handle all HR administrative duties, including documentation, event planning, meeting scheduling, and calendar management.
2. Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
3. Involvement in the recruitment process, from job posting to interviewing to onboarding, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
4. Assist HR team with employee relations
5. Collaborate with teams to integrate AI into HR processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources
3. Proven experience in HR administration, documentation, event planning, meeting scheduling, and calendar management.
4. Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
5. Exposure to recruitment and employee relations.
6. Familiarity with AI integration in HR processes.
7. Knowledge of HR trends and best practices
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
10. Proficiency in HR systems and software.
