Position Overview:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resources Business Partner to lead the HR function. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing consultation to managers and employees, and driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement, development, and overall organizational performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department managers and executives to understand business goals, challenges, and HR needs.
  • Act as a strategic partner by providing HR insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers and employees on various HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top-tier candidates.
  • Participate in workforce planning and succession planning discussions to identify talent gaps and development opportunities.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of HR metrics and data to identify trends and propose actionable solutions for improvement.
  • Collaborate in the design and implementation of training and development programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage and facilitate performance review processes, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
  • Lead and support employee engagement initiatives to create a positive and productive work environment.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR to continuously enhance the HRBP role's effectiveness.
  • Address and resolve employee concerns and grievances in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Participate in special projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing HR processes and practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SHRM certified preferred.
  • Minimum three years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner or in a similar HR role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
  • Demonstrated history of being a self starter.
