Job Details
- On site role. The main point of contact for anything HR related in the hospital setting (outside of the HR Assistant)
- Manage recruitment (not overall, just interviewing pieces), benefits, onboarding, employee engagement, employee relations investigations, and special events. Has a generalist feel to it. You aren’t tied down to your desk in this role; it will be hands on. You will be out and about in the hospital with others.
- Serves as a resource to the department managers and other employees
- Don’t have to do payroll
- Acts as a liaison between Corporate HR and hospital management
