We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Human Resources to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR professional to lead, develop, and execute effective HR strategies within a rapidly growing company that will invest in your success!
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
5. Nurture a positive working environment.
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
9. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
10. Lead the design, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and strategies tailored to meet needs and program goals.
11. Design company policies and standards to ensure legal compliance and understanding of expectations.
12. Oversee the company's compensation practices and philosophy to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salaries.
13. Lead organizational change efforts, influence others to positive change, and provide leadership during change.
14. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and positive introduction to the company.
15. Oversee benefits administration, ensuring all employees understand their benefits package and any changes to it.
16. Continually assess and make recommendations for improving the company's HR processes.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
1. Proven experience of 10+ years aas HR Manager or other HR Executive, with 20+ years of total HR experience.
2. Experience working for both small and large organizations and experience with rapidly growing teams.
3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
4. Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
6. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
7. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
8. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
9. Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
10. Proven experience in managing the onboarding process, developing HR policies, fostering positive company culture, administering benefits, improving processes, and conducting compensation analysis.
