Are you an experienced HVAC Installer looking to expand your career into field service? Join a respected, family-owned mechanical contractor in Upstate South Carolina that’s been delivering high-quality commercial and industrial HVAC solutions for three generations.
We're seeking a motivated installer with a strong mechanical foundation who’s ready to step into a long-term path toward becoming a Field Service Technician, working on complex systems across a wide range of facilities.

What You'll Do:
  • Install commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including rooftop units, split systems, air handlers, ductwork, and associated controls and piping
  • Support new construction, retrofits, and equipment replacement projects in commercial buildings, manufacturing plants, warehouses, and other industrial settings
  • Participate in a structured cross-training program to build your diagnostic and repair skills under the guidance of experienced service technicians
  • Assist in performing maintenance, startups, and troubleshooting on HVAC systems as you transition into a service role
  • Ensure installation work meets project specifications, local codes, and safety standards
  • Collaborate with project managers, service techs, and jobsite crews to ensure smooth project execution

What You Bring:
  • 3–5 years of HVAC installation experience, preferably in commercial and/or light industrial settings
  • EPA certification (required)
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn field service practices, including system diagnostics and controls
  • Ability to read blueprints, work independently, and take initiative on the jobsite
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
