Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and repair all types of HVAC systems and associated components
  • Troubleshoot, repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as pre-condition air units, commercial package units, split systems and duck-less systems, and services in accordance with diagrams, sketches, operational manuals and manufacturer’s specifications using hand tools, power tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.
  • Replace filters when necessary.
  • Maintain facility operations through the monitoring and repair of various mechanical, electrical, plumbing, equipment, and controls.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on required systems.
  • Perform brazing, soldering, pipefitting, welding, and fabrication.
  • Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
  • Inspect, monitor, repair, maintain, and operate mechanical systems, motors, compressors, pumps, fans, ducts, pipes, thermostats, and switches.
  • Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilating, air conditioning, glycol, heating, hot water, and steam distribution equipment and systems to optimize performance and energy use.
  • Comply with company safety program and trainings.
  • Ability to work productively and cohesively in a diverse and multicultural environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or needed.
