Job Details
esponsibilities:
Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements
Customer and contract management in our accounting system
Set up new employees and being able to assist with our time management system
Record monthly/quarterly journal entries and supporting documentation
Cross-train on AR and AP processes
Maintain good documentation and organization of accounting records, receipts, and other source documents
Assist in reconciliation of general ledger accounts and projects
Assist with company projects that may fall outside the scope of regular duties
Provide CDH’s 5 Star Service model for all internal and external requests
Requirements
Proven bookkeeping experience
Solid understanding of accounting and A/R, A/P principles
Attention to detail, creative and resourceful mindset
High level of professionalism and able to maintain confidentiality of information
Organized and dependable self-starter that can manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once
Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Accounting is required
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting is preferred
