The successful candidate will have the flexibility of a hybrid work model, combining both remote and in-office work. This position requires a minimum of 5+ years of experience in the legal industry, specifically in the real estate section.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate commercial real estate transactions, including the review, preparation, and filing of relevant documents.
• Manage electronic filing systems and ensure that all documents are accurately filed and easy to retrieve.
• Conduct comprehensive document reviews and perform e-filing tasks as required.
• Utilize legal case management software to track progress and maintain up-to-date case information.
• Oversee legal compliance in all commercial real estate transactions, ensuring adherence to relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, ensuring the best interests of our clients are represented.
• Prepare CD closings, resolve liens, estoppel survey issues, and handle title policies.
• Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends, changes in laws, and new legal precedents in the field of commercial real estate.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in the real estate section of the legal industry.
• Proficiency in using electronic filing systems, legal case management software, and other related tools.
• Solid experience in legal compliance, document review, and e-filing.
• Knowledge of SoftPro software is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling commercial leases, title policies, CD closings, and resolving liens and estoppel survey issues.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in law or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Paralegal certification from an accredited program is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, demonstrating self-discipline and initiative when working remotely.
